1. Who we are
This policy covers sark.agency and the business services provided by Agency Media Partners, LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as SARK Agency ("SARK," "we," "us," or "our"), 6372 N. Sharon Ave, Fresno, CA 93710.
2. Information you give us
We only get this if you hand it to us. That includes your name, business name, email address, phone number, and whatever you choose to put in a message when you email us, book a call, reply to us, or sign up for something we publish.
3. Information collected automatically
Our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page loads: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed, and timestamp. We use this to keep the site running, diagnose problems, and understand traffic in aggregate. If we add a web analytics or advertising measurement tool later, we will update this policy and this page will say so.
4. Cookies and local storage
This site does not set advertising or tracking cookies. It stores a single value in your browser's session storage ("sark-seen") so the intro animation does not replay on every page you open. It is not tied to your identity, it is not shared, and clearing your browser data removes it.
5. Information we process for clients
As a marketing agency, we handle data that belongs to our clients: their leads, customers, call records, ad performance, and CRM contents. In that work we act as a service provider on the client's instructions. We do not use client data for our own marketing, we do not sell it, and we do not move it between clients. If you are a consumer who dealt with one of our clients and you want your information corrected or deleted, contact that business directly, or email us and we will route the request to them.
6. How we use information
- To respond to your inquiry and provide services you asked for
- To send information you requested, such as a proposal or guide
- To operate, secure, and improve the website
- To send occasional business updates, which you can stop at any time
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations
7. We do not sell your information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We share it only in the limited situations described in the next section.
8. Who we share information with
We share information with vendors who run parts of our business on our behalf, and only what they need to do their job. Those categories are website hosting, email and productivity, call tracking and phone service, text messaging providers, customer relationship and automation tools, and payment processing. These vendors are bound to use the information only to provide their service to us.
We may also disclose information when:
- The law, a subpoena, or a government request requires it
- It is necessary to investigate fraud, enforce our terms, or protect the rights and safety of people or property
- The business is sold or merged, in which case the information moves with it and this policy continues to apply until updated
9. Mobile information and text messaging
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party, and it is never sold. We disclose mobile numbers only to the messaging providers that deliver the messages you asked to receive, and those providers may not use the data for anything else.

10. How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, and then for as long as required for tax, accounting, or legal reasons. Inquiry emails that do not become engagements are typically kept for up to two years. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
11. Security
We use reasonable safeguards, including reputable vendors, access controls, and two step verification on business accounts. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Do not send sensitive information such as payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or passwords by email.
12. Your choices
- Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us and we will remove you
- Text: reply STOP to any message
- Access, correction, deletion: email hello@sark.agency and tell us what you want. We will verify who you are before acting on the request.
13. California privacy rights
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act gives you the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to request a copy of it, to request correction or deletion, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is no opt out to offer. In the previous twelve months we collected the categories of information described in sections 2 and 3 of this policy, for the purposes described in section 6. To exercise any right, email hello@sark.agency with "Privacy request" in the subject line. You may use an authorized agent, and we will ask for proof of that authorization.
14. Children
This site is for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
15. Other websites
We link to sites we do not control, including client websites and platforms like Google and Meta. Their privacy practices are their own. Read their policies before giving them information.
16. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top of this page shows the last revision. Material changes will be noted here before they take effect.
