1. Our commitment

Agency Media Partners, LLC dba SARK Agency is working to keep sark.agency accessible to people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of building the site, not a checkbox at the end.

2. The standard we build against

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. That covers text contrast, keyboard operability, meaningful headings and labels, alternative text for images, and content that stays readable when zoomed or resized.

3. What we have done

  • Semantic page structure with real headings, landmarks, and link text that makes sense out of context
  • Reduced motion support. This site uses scroll driven animation. If your device is set to reduce motion, those animations do not run and you are shown the finished content directly. On macOS this is System Settings, Accessibility, Display, Reduce motion. On Windows it is Settings, Accessibility, Visual effects, Animation effects.
  • Text and interface colors checked for contrast against WCAG AA
  • Keyboard reachable navigation and controls
  • Layouts that reflow on small screens and at high zoom

4. Known limitations

We are honest about the gaps. As of the effective date above:

  • Some case study visuals are dense screenshots of dashboards. The surrounding text describes the result, but fine detail inside those images is not fully conveyed by alternative text.
  • A few illustrative diagrams and charts are decorative and are not fully described in text.
  • Third party content we link to, including client websites, is outside our control and may not meet the same standard.

These are on our list to improve.

5. Tell us about a barrier

If something on this site blocks you, we want to know, and we will fix it. Email hello@sark.agency with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using if you know it. We aim to respond within five business days.
